What is your return policy for UK customers?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and intimates cannot be returned.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

No, for our UK customers, all prices include VAT and there are no additional customs duties to pay upon delivery as items are shipped from our local distribution centers.
